Carleton wants to work with you to build a more inclusive workforce. You can employ students with disabilities through the Accessible Career Transitions (ACT) to Employ program. Students gain experiential learning while completing their degrees and employers access a highly skilled yet often overlooked candidate pool. At the same time, employers foster a more inclusive workplace culture.

Carleton’s Career Services guides employers from hiring to fulfilling the work term. Career Services provides employers with hiring support, accommodation and capacity-building support, and resources on implementing accessibility-related best practices and preparing for diverse needs.
